eBill & ePay

Signing up for our FREE eBill service does not mean you have to use our ePay service.

Once you've registered and received your email to view your bill online, you may still:

  • come in to pay,
  • have your account on draft,
  • send a check in the mail,
  • and even pay through The Payment Group option (which has a 3.5% with $0.95 min convenience fee) all while being signed up for eBill.

eBill:

This service will allow customers to step away from paper bills. Click the link below to register for an eCommerce account for FREE. Once you've registered for an eCommerce account you will then add your Water account. You will need your Account number and 5 digit PIN to register. (PIN is located at the top left of your bill)

Once registered, our water clerk then verifies it.

Account verifications happen on working business days during morning hours, so please be patient.

If you need help with setting up eBill, please come by City Hall. We will not be able to walk you through these steps over the phone at this time.
