The City of Memphis is working on eBill and ePay for our water customers. eBill will allow customers to step away from paper copy and view their bill via an eCommerce account. ePay allows customers to pay via their eCommerce account. As customers, you do not have to sign up for either service and will continue to receive a paper copy.
Storm Shelter List

The City would like to encourage any residents that have a shelter or basement to contact City Hall or the Fire Department, to have it on record, in case of bad weather. This information can be helpful to First Responders in case of emergency.
Squatters

Storm Siren Testing

The Memphis Volunteer Fire Department will be conducting siren tests every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.

The Memphis Police Department would like to remind citizens to deter burglary by keeping your valuables secured, locked up, and always lit up. If you See Something, Say Something! Call (806) 259-2636 to report any suspicious persons or activity!
Streetlight Outage

The PARIS Mass Notification System

Hygiene Closet

The Panhandle Community Services Hygiene Closet is open from 1:30 - 3:30pm the second Friday of each month. Recipients can choose any five hygiene items for free. The Memphis site, 605 W Main St, services Collingsworth, Donley, and Hall county residents.

As of May 2023, we no longer accept Doxo as a form of online utility bill payment. If you continue using Doxo, as a reminder, it will take 7-10 business days for us to receive your payment.
