TCEQ Service Line Inventory

Per Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), a Lead Service Line Inventory survey for The City of Memphis is due by October 16, 2024. The Lead Service Line Inventory is an inventory of every service line in your distribution system, including both the utility owned and customer owned service lines.
In order to complete our inventory, we are asking all residents to please fill out the customer-owned portion of the survey for your home. (If you are renting, ask the owner/manager to fill out the survey.)
