TCEQ Service Line Inventory

Per Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), a Lead Service Line Inventory survey for The City of Memphis is due by October 16, 2024. The Lead Service Line Inventory is an inventory of every service line in your distribution system, including both the utility owned and customer owned service lines.

Below you will find the Customer Survey, a Customer Survey Example, and a TCEQ example picture of what is asked from citizens.

In order to complete our inventory, we are asking all residents to please fill out the customer-owned portion of the survey for your home. (If you are renting, ask the owner/manager to fill out the survey.)

You may email the survey to memphistexascity@gmail.com, mail it to the below address, or fill out a paper copy in the Water Department office. To request a form be sent to you via email, mail, or fax, please call Marla at 806-259-3001.
